At Viani Milano, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our Italian-crafted collections. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
